Build scalable analytical pipelines to support automated reporting and model deployment
Build and maintain dashboards to provide access to operational metrics and model performance
Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize models and ensure scalability
Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and clear recommendations
Perform A/B testing and experimentation to validate model impact
Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve model and pipeline performance

What You'll Need:
2+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative field
Minimum MS degree in Data Science, Operations Research, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong experience in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques
Experience applying optimization methods such as linear programming, mixed-integer programming, or heuristics
Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages for data analysis and model development
Experience building data pipelines using SQL and distributed data processing frameworks
Experience developing dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of data wrangling, feature engineering, and model validation techniques
Working knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment operations
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bonus
Experience working with large-scale e-commerce or transportation datasets
Experience deploying models in cloud environments
Familiarity with CI/CD practices for analytics and model deployment
Experience working in cross-functional, agile environments
