Manager - Web Design & Digital Experience
Onsite 2-3 days a week on the N side of Indianapolis.

We’re looking for a strategic web leader to own and evolve our website experience end-to-end. This role will drive web design direction, bring fresh ideas to the business, and continuously improve how our digital presence supports growth.

Key Focus Areas:

Lead website strategy, design vision, and overall user experience across all web properties
Bring innovative ideas and recommendations to improve site performance, engagement, and conversion
Oversee UX/UI design and manage a designer to ensure modern, user-friendly experiences
Partner with marketing and business teams to align web strategy with goals and campaigns
Use analytics, testing, and insights to optimize and evolve the website

What We’re Looking For:

Strong background in web design, strategy, and site optimization
Experience leading UX/UI efforts with a focus on clean, effective user journeys
Ability to think strategically and bring new ideas to improve digital presence
Experience managing web projects and collaborating cross-functionally
