Technical BA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a sharp Technical Business Analyst (BA) in Doral, FL.

Key Functions:
* Develop, test, and implement new software programs for Muster station
* Design and update software database
* Design and run quality tests on the builds and releases
* Documenting change logs accurately in build and deployment processes
* Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization
* Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability
* Development of technical specifications and plans
* Analyze user requirements and convert requirements to design documents
* Make good technical decisions that provide solutions to business challenges
* Development, monitoring and maintenance of release and build pipelines

REQUIREMENTS:
* Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA)
* High level OT compliance knowledge (HESS, IMO, Flag/Port States)
* High level OT security knowledge (Security of SCADA, HMIs, PLCs, MFDs, etc.)
* Experience collaborating with stakeholders (Technical Leaders, Application Owners, Product Owners, etc.) to document detailed business and technical requirements
* Knowledge of procurement requirements (RFI, RFQ, Vendor Scoring, etc.)
* Experience with post-project documentation (RACI, ATR, training guides, etc.)
* Understanding of the PMLC
* Must be able to work independently; Need an individual who proactive/seeks out opportunities to assist the team
* Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement
* Strong documentation skills with emphasis on project documentation: data models, process flows, test plans, and other documentation to support project goals
* Analytical thinker with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights
* Clear and effective communicator with experience presenting findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
* Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and ensure successful project delivery
* Ability to provide testing and training support to end-users

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
