Role Overview
The Network Security Analyst serves as a specialist in enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms, leading the design, configuration, implementation, and support of RSA Archer solutions. This role partners with information security, risk, compliance, data privacy, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly GRC applications that enable continuous compliance, risk management, and governance operations.

Required Certification (Must Have One):

Archer Certified Professional (ACP)
OR
Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator Expert Certification

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and maintain Archer solutions (A&A, Controls Assurance, Issues Management, custom apps, integrations)
Gather requirements and translate into solution designs, configurations, user stories, and implementation plans
Configure questionnaires, workflows, forms, access controls, data feeds, and automated imports
Build REST/API integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow and other ITSM/CMDB platforms)
Implement client-side logic using JavaScript and jQuery
Maintain technical documentation and follow change/release governance processes
Provide support, optimization, training, and user adoption support

Core Skills:

Expert RSA Archer platform knowledge
Strong GRC, risk, compliance, and control assurance understanding
REST API integration experience
JavaScript/jQuery proficiency
Strong documentation, communication, and independent delivery capability

Preferred:

Large enterprise/government GRC experience
Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC frameworks
Archer ServiceNow integration experience
Background in security, risk, or compliance teams

10	Preferred	Experience supporting large enterprise or government GRC implementations Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, or regulatory compliance programs Experience integrating Archer with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
