Summary
Job: Network Administrator
Location: Columbia, SC
Specific duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Support enterprise network and identity initiatives including SD-WAN deployment,
PKI lifecycle management, and secure authentication services
Monitor, identify, and remediate issues with Agency enterprise network and identity
services
Support network connectivity and authentication services on Windows-based
systems
Create and maintain network documentation (e.g., diagrams, coverage, and design
documentation)
Assist with deployment, configuration, and support of SD-WAN, PKI, and secure
authentication solutions
Perform enterprise network deployments, installations, and upgrades
Perform firmware/software/security/feature upgrades across network and identity
platforms
Will serve as the Agency s primary support resource for network and access-related
(authentication) technical issues, troubleshooting and resolving most
common/routine problems
Assists Agency staff/contractors in resolving network, authentication, and
connectivity-related problems
Coordinate and assist with testing and validation of network and identity solutions
Create, maintain, and review/improve upon network and identity documentation
Required Skills:
1. Experience with Enterprise Network Infrastructure and LAN Administration
2.Experience with Installing, Configuring, and Troubleshooting switches and
wireless access points
3. Experience with SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services
4. Experience with Troubleshooting network connectivity on Windows and mobile
devices
5. Experience with creating, reading, and maintaining network documentation and diagrams
