Position DescriptionPosition Overview:Responsible for providing consultation and day-to-day administration and support to attorneys and staff using computers. General duties include training and support for all data processing, office automation, networking, and data communications processes. Responsible for providing technical and end-user support for all computer systems, as well as performing or coordinating all automation support services necessary for the successful operation of those systems. Provides consultation and support to staff attorneys, investigators, and paralegals on methods to effectively use computers in case preparation and presentation. Provides help desk support for users, including technical assistance, ticket creation and escalation, application support, user training, remote support, account management, permissions, and related services for attorneys and staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Installs, configures, tests, monitors, and troubleshoots end-user workstations and related hardware and software to maintain required desktop service levels.
- Performs system administration-related tasks such as imaging and deploying Windows/Microsoft Office 365-based workstations and laptops, and updating inventory assets.
- Supports and troubleshoots LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
- Assists in researching and recommending new hardware and software solutions.
- Accurately documents instances of desktop equipment failure, repair, installation, and removal, and updates directories as needed.
- Gains a base understanding of PDO applications as they relate to desktop support and troubleshooting.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements Education and Experience:- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field from an accredited college or university.
- One (1) to two (2) years of IT work experience with demonstrated working knowledge of basic to moderately complex hardware and software products, problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
- At least one (1) year of customer service experience.

- Familiarity with DVR systems for security/surveillance footage retrieval.
- Experience with A/V conference room setup, troubleshooting, and support.
General InformationPosition Type and Typical Hours of Work:- Regular Full-time
- Hours will be discussed during departmental interview.
- May be required to be on-call, work more than forty hours during the workweek or on weekends when special projects or deadlines need to be met, or when participating in an emergency activation.
