The Role

Netwoven is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Engagement Manager to drive business growth while ensuring the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 Business Applications and Applied AI solutions. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, helping organizations modernize ERP and business operations, and adopt AI-assisted delivery practices that accelerate outcomes, as part of Netwoven's Business Apps practice.

The ideal candidate combines strong consulting, functional/technical, project management, and sales skills to lead customer engagements from opportunity identification and solution strategy through project delivery and ongoing account growth. Working closely with clients, sales teams, solution architects, and globally distributed delivery teams (US and India), you will be responsible for understanding business challenges, developing solution roadmaps, managing project execution, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Success in this role requires the ability to build and nurture client relationships, identify new business opportunities, lead discovery and transformation workshops, develop project estimates and proposals, and oversee the delivery of complex ERP consolidation, migration, and business application projects. You will also contribute to practice development, thought leadership, webinar presentations, and service innovation initiatives that strengthen Netwoven's Business Applications practice.

What You Will Do

·         Lead teams to architect, design, and deliver Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance & Operations, and Power Platform engagements, including ERP consolidation and multi-company migration projects.

·         Guide discovery and transformation workshops that help customers understand and adopt Microsoft Business Applications and applied AI capabilities to meet organizational needs and drive competitive advantage.

·         Gather requirements from customers and translate them into scoped projects with clear timelines for solutions delivered on Business Central, Finance & Operations, and Power Platform.

·         Lead ERP migration and consolidation projects that support customers transitioning from legacy or on-premises systems, or consolidating multiple entities, onto modern Dynamics 365 environments.

·         Adopt and champion AI-assisted delivery practices and tooling to increase the speed, accuracy, and quality of engagement delivery, discovery, documentation, and status reporting.

·         Successfully deliver customer projects with globally staffed teams (US and India) to meet deliverables, timeline, and budget.

·         Manage third-party ISV and integration partners as part of a complex delivery ecosystem (e.g., payables, treasury, HR/payroll, and other Business Central-connected systems).

·         Assist the sales and practice teams with project estimation and proposal development.

·         Deliver webinars or write blogs on Business Applications and Applied AI topics.

·         Participate in and help lead the development of practice and service offerings from a Business Applications and Applied AI perspective.

Requirements

·         Minimum 10 years of prior consulting experience as an independent, at a consulting firm, or at a small to mid-size software/ERP implementation company.

·         Goal oriented and metric driven.

·         Must have excellent communication skills to work with clients and gather business requirements.

·         An excellent collaborator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

·         Project management experience using Scrum/Agile principles to manage estimates, tasks, escalations, and risks/issues.

·         Must be quality driven and have experience working with global delivery teams based in the USA and India.

·         Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Finance & Operations, including ERP consolidation, multi-company, and data migration projects.

·         Experience working with business leaders and development teams to document and clarify business and user requirements, and to lead scope of defined features and functions across the project lifecycle.

·         Ability to clearly articulate concepts to people with varying technical backgrounds.

·         Comfort adopting AI-assisted delivery tools and workflows (e.g., AI-accelerated discovery, documentation, status reporting) to improve delivery speed and quality.

·         Experience overseeing projects involving ISV and third-party integrations connected to an ERP environment.

·         Exposure to Power Platform and Azure is a plus.
