ImageRight Developer

Required ImageRight Qualifications & Technical Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with ImageRight versions 7.0 and 25R1
• Demonstrated experience configuring ImageRight through the Enterprise Management Console and designing, developing, and maintaining workflows using Workflow Studio.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and the ImageRight database, including database structure, tables, schemas, relationships, and writing queries to support reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with the ImageRight Desktop and Browser Client, with an understanding of the key features, functionality, and configuration of each.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience designing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting ImageRight import processes, including email, scanning, FUP, and COLD imports.
• Working knowledge of ImageRight REST APIs and SignalR, including their application in integrations and system functionality.
• Experience developing or scripting with one or more of the following: C#, .NET, Visual Basic, and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with Windows Server environments, including the installation, configuration, and support of ImageRight components.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues using ImageRight logs, server logs, application information, and feedback from end users and technical teams.
• Experience providing production support, including issue investigation, resolution, root-cause analysis, and communication with stakeholders. Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio and its use in developing, debugging, and maintaining applications or integrations.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively, partnering with business users, application teams, and technical stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
