As a Senior AI & Data Scientist, you will help shape the future of client and employee experiences by leading advanced analytics, machine learning, generative AI, and data science solutions that solve complex business challenges and create measurable value.

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of AI and Data Science professionals while partnering across business, product, engineering, risk, and operations teams to define AI roadmaps and move high-impact solutions from concept to production. Your ability to combine technical expertise, product thinking, project leadership, and sound decision-making will be key as you evaluate emerging technologies, influence enterprise AI strategy, and establish scalable practices for responsible AI, governance, MLOps, and enterprise deployment.

What you have

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
  • 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, or Advanced Analytics
  • 3+ years of experience serving as a technical subject matter expert, providing mentorship, code reviews, and guidance on AI/ML best practices.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning or AI solutions in production environments
  • Demonstrated experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, natural language processing, and/or Generative AI
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern AI/ML frameworks and tools
  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions in partnership with business and technology stakeholders
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering complex initiatives from concept through implementation
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience leading teams that develop Generative AI, Large Language Model, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Agentic AI, or NLP-based solutions
  • Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
  • Product management or product strategy experience, including identifying opportunities and defining AI-enabled roadmaps
  • Experience with MLOps, model governance, responsible AI, model monitoring, and enterprise-scale deployment practices
  • Prior experience in financial services, digital products, client experience, risk management, compliance, or related domains
  • Experience evaluating and adopting emerging AI technologies to drive innovation and operational efficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across business, product, engineering, and data science teams
  • Professional certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Data Science, Agile, or Project Management
  • Passion for mentoring and developing technical talent while fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning
