About Wayne\'s Automotive

Wayne\'s Automotive is looking for a Lead Automotive Technician to join our team in Warminster, PA.

We\'re a family-owned business with three successful locations, a reputation for quality repairs, and a commitment to investing in our team.

You\'ll help lead a busy shop servicing approximately 50 vehicles each week while continuing to perform advanced diagnostics and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily technician workflow and keep shop operations running efficiently
  • Assign repair orders based on technician strengths and workload
  • Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and complex mechanical repairs
  • Diagnose engine, transmission, drivability, and electrical system concerns
  • Mentor and develop technicians
  • Partner with Service Advisors to maintain efficient workflow
  • Help maintain quality control standards
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional automotive repair experience
  • Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
  • Ability to manage workflow while maintaining personal productivity
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
  • Pennsylvania State Inspection License preferred
  • Pennsylvania Emissions License preferred
  • Previous Lead Technician or Shop Foreman experience preferred
