Role/ Team Overview (BA/FA)
This role requires an experienced and highly skilled professional to play an active role within the regulatory space of Enterprise capital management technology, Basel III & IV Regulatory compliance, CCAR stress testing compliance as well as firm critical regulatory efforts such as Fundamental Review of The Trading Book (FRTB) and Finance Regulatory Reporting (FRR) ) in Enterprise Capital Management (ECM) space. The successful candidate will build solutions to handle the Basel IV requirement. Handle large volume and large data processing using big-data technologies. Candidate would deliver new innovative solutions to handle large volumes of data in "Std & Adv Bank Enterprise Capital Reporting" (Saber) and DataConnect platform which plays a central role across Finance, Treasury, Risk and is essential to those business day to day operations. The right candidate will be responsible for leading application development to support the current and target.

qualifications:
Required Skills
6 to 9 years of experience as MicroStrategy Architect and Developer.
Expertise in MicroStrategy Suite and Tableau Suite (Intelligence Server, Architect, Desktop and Web).
Developed and implemented multiple large-scale MicroStrategy projects.
Report development, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
MicroStrategy Version Upgrade, License handling, Project settings.
Worked on time-to-time technology upgrades and migrations.
Excellent analytical skills, ability to understand complex problems and to generate appropriate solutions.
Proven expertise in Oracle Exadata.
Hands on experience in Oracle Exadata and Hadoop related Tech stack.
Critical thinking and Problem solving.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions based on sound design principles
Self-driven and well-motivated
Prior experience of working with Global Technology teams
Clear, Concise Communication skills, ability to articulate Problem/Solution
Deep understanding of Capital Markets with focus on Credit Risk, Market Risk or Capital calculations
Understanding of regulations within the Capital Markets space (Basel, CRR, CRD IV etc)
