Java Full Stack Lead Architect with React and AWS exp-Remote-Full time

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot following microservices architecture principles.
• Build modern, responsive, and high-performance frontend applications using React.
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using Amazon Web Services including EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, and Route 53.
• Design and manage relational databases such as PostgreSQL with focus on performance tuning, indexing, and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform for automated deployments.
• Lead end-to-end system design including API design, data flow, and integration patterns for distributed systems.
• Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers and engineers.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance in cloud and containerized environments.
• Implement and manage RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services where required.
• Drive adoption of DevOps practices and automation across the development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10–12+ years of experience in full stack development with strong expertise in Java and ReactJS.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud architecture and services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, Route 53).
• Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or similar RDBMS.
• Proven experience in building and deploying microservices-based architectures.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and system design principles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Exposure to frontend performance optimization and accessibility standards.
• Prior experience in architect or lead-level roles.
