Required / Minimum Qualifications5+ years experience in enterprise software engineering, IT consulting, architecture, or application development (or equivalent experience).
Required CE Functional SkillsCustomer Experience Modernization - Customer Service configuration (queues, SLAs, routing, entitlements)
- Customer Insights - Journeys (real-time journeys, triggers, orchestration)
- Business process re-engineering using configuration-first patterns
- Customization reduction and upgrade-safe design
- Adoption-focused design (agent UX, simplified forms, guided flows)
Sales + Service + Marketing Convergence- Cross-workload CE understanding (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
- Lead-to-case and lead-to-journey handoffs
- Customer data unification concepts (Customer Insights)
- Security and role modeling across personas
Enterprise-Scale CE (Security, Performance, Governance)- Dataverse security architecture (role-based, team-based, hierarchy)
- Performance-aware configuration
- Environment strategy and ALM awareness
- Troubleshooting complex functional issues
- Experience supporting enterprise D365 CE production environments, diagnosing and resolving complex application-level issues affecting system stability, data integrity, and business processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect functional intent to technical execution
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with functional consultants, developers, delivery partners, and business stakeholders, and explain complex technical concepts clearly
