Summary
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Supplier Communications Lead to enhance our Procurement team''s effectiveness. This role is essential in ensuring seamless and clear communication with our suppliers, assisting in aligning our objectives with their capabilities.
<>Responsibilities>- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy for supplier engagement in the Procurement department.
- Create and disseminate clear and actionable messages regarding policy changes, compliance, and performance expectations to suppliers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage supplier interactions during strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Maintain and improve supplier communication templates and ensure all documentation is current and accessible.
- Analyze and enhance the effectiveness of supplier communications, striving for continuous process improvement.
- 5+ years of experience in Procurement or supplier management.
- Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information into clear messages.
- Proficiency in using Procurement systems and tools like CLM and ERP.
- Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to regulated industries to understand complex compliance requirements.
- Advanced skills in data analytics and Excel.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or experience in process design to enhance efficiency.
- Intermediate experience with Power BI development for better communication analytics.
