Overview
We're looking for a technical SharePoint and Microsoft 365 specialist to support the integration of HR sites during a large-scale enterprise integration. This role is focused on architecture, configuration, security, automation, and system integration—not content creation.
What You'll Do
- Architect and build SharePoint Online sites supporting HR platforms and processes
- Execute backend integration of HR SharePoint sites across multiple environments
- Design and implement permissions, security groups, and access models aligned with HR data sensitivity
- Provision sites, libraries, metadata, and templates using best practices and automation
- Integrate SharePoint with HR systems and services (e.g., SuccessFactors, ADP, Azure AD, Power Platform)
- Build and maintain workflows using Power Automate (approvals, onboarding, document lifecycle, etc.)
- Support identity, authentication, and conditional access considerations tied to HR content
- Troubleshoot performance, access, sync, and integration issues
- Partner with HR content owners and IT teams to enable content
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on SharePoint Online (modern) experience in enterprise environments
- Strong Microsoft 365 technical depth (SharePoint, Azure AD, Teams, OneDrive)
- Proven experience designing and managing complex permissions and security models
- Solid Power Platform experience (Power Automate required; Power Apps a plus)
- Experience with tenant-to-tenant or large-scale SharePoint integrations
- Familiarity with HR system integrations and sensitive data handling
- Comfortable working in merger/integration environments with tight timelines
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Nice to Have
- M&A or tenant consolidation experience
- Experience with SuccessFactors, ADP, or HRIS platforms
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, PnP PowerShell)
- Understanding of records management, retention, and compliance for HR data
