Neptune Software Developer (DXP - SAP Ecosystem)

This role focuses on using the Neptune Digital Experience Platform (DXP) to build, manage, and scale applications that bridge SAP backend systems with modern, user-friendly frontend interfaces (SAPUI5/JavaScript).

Key Responsibilities:

· Application Development: Design and develop custom, responsive web and mobile applications using Neptune DXP (Open or SAP Edition).

· SAP Integration: Develop backend logic using ABAP and connect frontend applications to SAP ECC or S/4HANA systems.

· Frontend Customization: Build modern user interfaces utilizing SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

· API & Backend Development: Create REST APIs to expose SAP data to frontend apps.

· System Optimization: Optimize application performance, enhance user experience, and ensure secure data handling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Platform Expertise: Experience with Neptune DXP (Planet 8/SAP Edition or Planet 9/Open Edition).

· SAP Knowledge: Strong skills in SAP ABAP, Fiori, and UI5.

· Web Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.

· API Proficiency: Experience in designing/consuming REST APIs.
