About the Role

MOURI Tech is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Practice Leader to oversee and help grow our IT infrastructure managed services practice. This is a senior role that bridges strong technical depth with delivery management, working closely with our global teams across the US, India, and Europe to ensure client engagements are delivered with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage infrastructure project teams across multiple client engagements, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
Serve as the primary point of accountability for infrastructure managed services performance, SLAs, automation/optimization, and client satisfaction.
Provide technical oversight and guidance across domains including cloud, networking, compute, storage, and information security.
Partner with client stakeholders to understand requirements, manage escalations, and identify opportunities to expand the practice.
Collaborate with Sales and Client Partners to support pre-sales, solutioning, and practice growth initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT infrastructure experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or practice management role.
Hands-on background in one or more areas: cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), enterprise networking, virtualization, or hybrid infrastructure.
Proven experience managing infrastructure operations managed services or outsourcing engagements.
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at the IT leadership level.
Experience leading distributed, cross-cultural teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform Solutions Architect, ITIL, etc.) preferred.
