Job Title – Uganda Bureau of Statistics (UBOS) Trainer

Location – Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid) Candidates from PA, NJ, NY, DE, and OH will be given preference

Duration – 6+ months

 Description of Duties:

 Required Skillset

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions, with the ability to engage learners and effectively transfer knowledge.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions, for a high-volume contact center.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering training for SAP S/4 HANA system.
• A minimum of 2 implementation project experience in delivering training for Tolling Back Office Agents.
• Proven experience in designing and developing e-learning content, ideally using Articulate 360, or similar e-learning tools, such as Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or Moodle.
• The ability to become familiar with the technical aspects of UBOS and the ability to translate complex processes into user-friendly training material.

Desired Skillset

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering training for Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
• Additional beneficial skills include:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification,
• ServiceNow Experience in Idea, Project, and Demand modules
