ServiceNow Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Project Manager with strong experience in managing ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and platform transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a blend of technical understanding and project management expertise to drive successful delivery across multiple ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, architects, and leadership to define project scope and deliverables.
• Drive implementation and enhancement projects across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical execution plans.
• Manage sprint planning, release coordination, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively.
• Track KPIs, governance, compliance, and stakeholder reporting.
• Support vendor management and cross-functional team collaboration.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in IT project management with strong ServiceNow platform exposure.
• Hands-on understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Experience managing projects across modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or CSM.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with project planning tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow PPM, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and governance experience.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PRINCE2 Certification preferred
• ServiceNow CSA or ServiceNow Implementation certifications preferred
• ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
