This position primarily involves a hybrid work schedule - working remotely: Monday & Friday/ onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior OpenText Developer with deep expertise in enterprise document and Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream, preferably in cloud environments, and understands end-to-end orchestration across data ingestion, document composition, multichannel delivery, and operational monitoring.
This role focuses primarily on OpenText development.
Experience with IBM DataStage, particularly in ETL design or support, is a strong plus and enhances the ability to support upstream integrations and enterprise workflows.
Required Skills:-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6–10 years of CCM experience with deep proficiency in OpenText Exstream, including template design and multi-channel output (print, web, email, SMS, archive).
Experience developing and documenting form designs and communication templates.
Strong background in enterprise client/server application development.
Ability to provide architectural guidance for Exstream implementations.
Experience working with diverse data sources and structures in CCM workflows.
IBM DataStage ETL design, job development, or troubleshooting experience is a plus.
Preferred Skills:-
Infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
Experience in enterprise document management, financial services, or regulated industries.
AWS or OpenText certifications.
Experience creating reusable, standardized DataStage components.
