Overview
We are seeking a Senior Integration & .NET Developer to lead the design and development of complex integration solutions, enterprise applications, and reporting systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor others while delivering scalable, high-performance solutions.
A key focus of this role will be integrating with **ERP systems—specifically Viewpoint Vista—**to ensure seamless data flow across business-critical platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions across internal systems, third-party platforms, and ERP systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL processes).
• Architect, develop, and maintain applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Design and build robust integrations with ERP systems, with emphasis on Viewpoint Vista, including financials, project management, and operational data.
• Develop and support modern web applications, ensuring strong front-end usability and backend reliability.
• Own and optimize enterprise reporting solutions using SSRS and Crystal Reports, including reports sourced from ERP data.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (finance, operations, project teams) to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce development standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration, application, and reporting issues, including ERP-related data challenges.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across systems and integrations.
• Contribute to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Maintain clear technical documentation, including integration mappings and system architecture.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Extensive experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL processes, middleware).
• Strong experience building and supporting web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks).
• Advanced experience with SSRS and Crystal Reports.
• Expert-level SQL skills with SQL Server, including performance tuning.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience integrating with ERP systems, especially Viewpoint Vista.
• Familiarity with Vista database structure, APIs, and reporting tools.
• Experience working in construction or project-based industries.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with data warehousing or advanced ETL pipelines.
