Summary

Overview
We are seeking a Principal AI Security Engineer to help secure and scale an AI-powered SaaS platform. This role works closely with engineering, product, and AI teams to ensure security is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Design and implement secure architecture for AI-powered web applications

Partner with product, engineering, and AI teams to deliver secure platform features

Conduct threat modeling, security reviews, and vulnerability assessments

Lead secure code reviews and promote best practices for secure development

Identify and mitigate risks related to AI/ML integrations and data security

Support secure API design, authentication, and authorization frameworks

Contribute to security tooling, testing, and monitoring processes

Mentor engineers and promote security awareness across development teams

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software engineering or application security

Experience working with AI/ML systems or data-driven platforms

Strong knowledge of APIs, cloud-native architectures, and web frameworks

Experience with security testing tools, threat modeling, and vulnerability management
