SAP Skills
Strong experience in SAP Support environment (Production systems)
Hands-on knowledge of one or more SAP modules related to SDCS, such as:
SAP SD / MM / PP / LE / EWM / APO / IBP (based on landscape)
Understanding of SAP integrations (IDocs, RFCs, APIs, Interfaces)

Technical & Process Knowledge
Incident management using tools like ServiceNow, SolMan, or Jira
Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging (preferred for L3 support)
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)

Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication with business and technical stakeholders
Ability to work in 24x7 or rotational support environments
Ownership mindset and proactive approach

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
Experience in SAP S/4HANA support
Exposure to SAP Digital Supply Chain solutions
Knowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions (BTP, CPI)
ITIL Certification
SAP Certification in relevant module

Educational Qualification
Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
MBA or SAP certification is a plus
