Job Description
You will be the Data Scientist Sr for the Data Science team. Our team is responsible for designing, building, and deploying data-science solutions that address real business challenges across multiple programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Data Scientist Sr you will be responsible for turning stakeholder needs into actionable models, guiding projects from prototype through production, and maintaining existing data-science products. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Apply AI and data-science techniques to support manufacturing-operations programs.
• Partner with stakeholders to define business problems and shape project direction.
• Develop prototypes and advance them to minimum-viable or final production-ready products.
• Maintain and enhance the legacy FORCE product suite to ensure continued value.
• Support the 1LMX/EDE transition and ongoing operations & maintenance activities.

Basic Qualifications
Completed Bachelors degree from an
accredited college in Engineering, Computer
Science, AI/Data Science/Analytics, or other Engineering discipline.
Experience with structured and unstructured
data for descriptive/diagnostic, predictive, and
prescriptive analytical needs
Working level experience in SQL and Python
Some familiarity navigating, developing, and working with EDW SAP HANA database
Desired skills
Expertise navigating, developing, and working with EDW SAP HANA database
Extensive working knowledge developing in Tableau - data models, visualizations, maintenance
Experience with/in one or more of the
Operations related business functions such as
Prod Ops, Quality, PP&C, GSC, Engineering
Masters degree
Strong experience in MFC ERP systems
(SAP, Apriso, etc)
Experience and competency implementing
algorithms using packages and tools such as
Keras, Tensorflow, Gensim, CUDA, Scikit Learn,
SciPy, PyTorch
Experience with integration of data products
into customer applications
Experience with or knowledge of data
engineering and associated best practices.
