Summary

Responsibilities

Develop on the Creatio CRM platform, not just administer or configure it. Support backend development, integrations to external systems, deployment/DevOps needs, and coded backend processes within Creatio. Work in a low-code/no-code CRM environment similar in concept to Salesforce or Dynamics, but with deeper hands-on Creatio development responsibilities.

Must Haves:

Hands-on Creatio CRM development experience (Development - not just Admin work, although Basic Creatio Admin work is helpful)
Experience with Creatio backend/integration development
Creatio DevOps/deployment knowledge (CLIO Tool experience)
Experience building or customizing Creatio application UI, pages, workplaces, buttons, and business rules
Ability to code within/against the Creatio platform (C#, SQL, ScriptTask/server-side customization, object events, and web services are very relevant)
GIT or source control exposure
Creatio Developer certification or equivalent practical experience strongly preferred
Ability to code within/against the Creatio platform
Legit, referenceable experience; high fraud/overemployment screening needed

Nice-to-Haves:

SQL, C# Development experience, within Creatio, including ScriptTask or server-side customization
Salesforce or Dynamics CRM experience in addition to Creatio
Creatio Admin certification
A few years of focused Creatio experience; Kamal is open to lower years if the experience is directly relevant
