Role Overview
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves managing access administration requests, ensuring user satisfaction through diligent troubleshooting, and contributing to process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and will be proficient in handling both routine and complex administrative tasks within a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete routine and complex requests for access administration, including creating tickets, verifying approvals, and providing user communications.
- Track access status, application installations, and system setups.
- Serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) by facilitating security administration processes.
- Ensure user satisfaction by providing preventative maintenance and resolving routine problems.
- Actively identify and pursue process improvements within access management functions.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
- Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- Working experience with Access Request Management tools, CyberArk, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Experience with Data Driven Access Requests (DDAR) and Straight Through Provisioning (STP).
- A strong understanding and experience of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices.
Technical Skills:- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) with the ability to analyze and synthesize data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build partnerships across teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently while displaying strong attention to detail.
