Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design and develop enterprise data integration, ETL, and replication solutions using ODI, HVR, and related Oracle technologies.
- Build, maintain, and optimize OBIEE reporting and analytics solutions to support business intelligence requirements.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support production data integration workflows, ensuring data quality, performance, and reliability.
- Lead technical design reviews, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and guide best practices for data integration and BI architecture.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
10+ years of experience in Oracle ODI, OBIEE, HVR, enterprise ETL development, data integration, and business intelligence delivery.

- Experience leading enterprise-scale data integration and BI initiatives.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, performance tuning, and reporting architectures.
- Experience supporting remote delivery teams and cross-functional analytics programs.
