Job Title: Integration Engineer – Solace, TIBCO BW, Java
Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite – Day 1)
Experience: 4–6 Years

Position Overview

We are hiring an Integration Engineer with deep expertise in Solace messaging, TIBCO BusinessWorks, and Java (Spring Boot) to support enterprise integration initiatives and real-time event-driven systems.

Core Requirements

Strong experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x/6.x)
Proven expertise in Solace PubSub+ (publish/subscribe, queues, topics)
Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, TIBCO EMS, JMS
Proficiency in Java (8+) and Spring Boot microservices development
Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging patterns
Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and system integrations
Experience handling data transformation using XML, JSON, XSD, XSLT

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integration workflows using TIBCO BW
Design and implement event-driven messaging solutions using Solace
Build scalable Java-based microservices and REST APIs
Integrate internal and external systems including ERP, CRM, and third-party services
Ensure performance, fault tolerance, and reliability of integration solutions

Nice to Have

Experience with AWS or Azure environments
Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker)
