Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer in Test with a strong engineering background. This individual will be responsible for crafting and developing test automation frameworks and in-house software utilities as part of the Quality Engineering organization within Workplace Investing division.

The Expertise You Have

- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in Software Quality Engineering roles
- Proven programming skills in languages like Java and TypeScript
- Experience with continuous integration practices and automated deployment tools such as Jenkins
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Karate, and Playwright

- Proven understanding of Agile practices to provide ideas that improve releases

The Purpose of Your Role

- Contribute to the design phases of projects to ensure engineering solutions are automatable
- Work with the team to identify suitable automation frameworks and develop automation tests
- Actively participate in all Agile Ceremonies including Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, and Retrospective
- Work harmoniously with engineering and business colleagues to define acceptance criteria for Stories
- Analyze and report test results, project tracking and product release readiness to business partners
