Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year

We are looking for an Engineering Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our engineering teams and drive execution across multiple development squads.

Job DetailsWhat You'll Be Doing:
- Act as Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach across multiple engineering squads
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, and roadmap communication
- Coordinate release schedules and feature deployments
- Partner with Product Managers and Designers to refine requirements and user stories
- Track progress in Jira and ensure visibility into development status
- Identify and remove blockers to keep teams moving forward
- Support QA coordination for testing timelines and release readiness
- Bridge communication between engineering and other business functions
- Coach teams on agile processes and continuous improvement
What You Bring:
- Experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in a software environment
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Experience managing multiple teams or squads simultaneously
- Ability to work with distributed/remote teams across time zones
- Proficiency with Jira and project tracking tools
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive alignment
Tech Environment:
- Backend: Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis
- Frontend: React, Hotwire, Tailwind
- Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes
- Tools: Jira, Slack, Figma, Miro
- Methodology: Agile, two-week sprints, daily deploys
