Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the Record to Report (R2R) value stream within a highly integrated Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. This role owns end-to-end financial accounting and reporting processes, partnering with Finance leadership, business process owners, and IT product teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable financial operations. The Product Owner will be responsible for roadmap definition, release execution, and cross-stream coordination in a co-managed delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Product Owner will own the R2R value stream from both business and technical perspectives, covering general ledger, accounting, financial close, reporting, and tax processes. The role involves working closely with Finance stakeholders to define product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and plan releases aligned with business cycles. The Product Owner will ensure integrations across Oracle Fusion Financials, upstream and downstream systems, and enterprise data platforms are fully aligned. Managing dependencies across multiple Oracle workstreams, driving standardization, and improving financial controls and reporting accuracy are core responsibilities.
Required Experience
The ideal candidate brings senior-level product ownership experience in Oracle Fusion Financials and has participated in at least one full Oracle Fusion implementation. Strong functional expertise in general ledger, accounting hub, financial close, and financial reporting is required. The candidate must have experience working in co-managed delivery environments, managing releases, and coordinating with multiple product owners and system integrators. A deep understanding of Oracle financial data models, master data, and compliance requirements is essential.

Preferred Qualifications
