The Impact you will have in this role:
FRG Business Analysis is responsible for partnering with financial risk management users, subject matter experts, technology and specific business and product areas to support financial risk management related projects. Business Analysis liaised with stakeholders to assess, analyze, capture, document, communicate, coordinate, validate and deliver business, regulatory, audit and system requirement for financial risk management application. Business analysis role specializes in acting as the primary interface between various stakeholders and business areas enabling change in an organization context, by defining needs and recommending solution that can deliver value and help improve decision making process to stakeholders.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Participate in project planning activities:
- Support management in meeting with business personnel to understand project concept, objectives, and approach; facilitate defining project strategy and scope.
- Assist in prioritizing, planning, executing, and tracking of BRDs and JIRA stories for all relevant projects.
- Attend project meetings to ensure progress and report to management as necessary.
Provide guidance during technology implementation:
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
- Review Use Cases and other functional documents with IT project staff to ensure business requirements are adequately reflected in technical planning documents.
- Provide support to the build and SIT teams to clarify requirements on an ad hoc basis as needed.
- Support business users and technology staff with the UAT process
Other Key Responsibilities
- Consult with business users and collaborate with them for eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, and workflow analysis.
- Distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs via discussions using \"Use Cases\" and mock-ups.
- Identify and understand problems, analyze data, and recommend solutions.
- Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Work effectively with others, including clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Evaluate test scenarios and test cases based on established system specifications and user requirements.
- Specializes in acting as the primary interface between stakeholders and business areas for requirement discussion.
- Draft business requirements in collaboration with business subject matter experts and information technology.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional business teams and technology delivery teams to support all aspects of business requirement gathering and user acceptance testing

Qualifications: - Minimum of 4 years of related experience in Business Analysis, Data analysis or software testing
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success: - Understanding of the software development lifecycle, and agile methodology
- Familiarity with SDLC/SILC, Agile, Kanban, ALM, and JIRA.
- Strong curiosity and desire to understand complex risk workflows.
- Willingness to build and expand skills in automation and quality assurance.
- Ability to think critically, ask insightful questions, and challenge assumptions.
- Experience with Microsoft, JIRA, Axure, Power BI, Sigma, Cloud Technology.
- Experience in Financial industry with focus on Risk Management, particularly Equity, Fixed Income, Liquidity Risk Management & Stress Testing
