Summary

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CE / Field Service Technical Developer with strong experience in Resco Mobile to design, develop, and support mobile-first solutions for field operations. This role will focus on extending Dynamics 365 Field Service capabilities and delivering optimized mobile experiences using Resco.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solutions within Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement), with a focus on Field Service

  • Configure and customize Resco Mobile CRM applications for an offline-first field workforce

  • Develop and maintain:

    • Plugins, custom workflows, and Power Platform components

    • JavaScript, C#, .NET-based extensions

  • Implement mobile business logic, forms, views, and sync filters in Resco

  • Optimize mobile performance, offline sync, and data handling

  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, Azure services, or middleware

  • Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

  • Support deployments, testing, and production issues


Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development

  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service module

  • Strong expertise in Resco Mobile CRM (Woodford tool, offline sync, customization)

  • Proficiency in:

    • C#, .NET, JavaScript

    • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

  • Experience with:

    • Plugins, workflows, and custom APIs

    • Integration (REST/SOAP, Azure Functions, Logic Apps)

  • Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and offline-first design

  • Experience with version control (Git) and DevOps practices


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps)

  • Knowledge of Field Service scheduling, work orders, and asset management

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments


Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
