System Analyst

Location & Work Arrangement

• City, State: Atlanta, GA
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Local candidates only, as onsite presence is required).
• Interview Mode: Web Cam or In-Person.
• Shift: Monday Friday, EST.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Administration & Support

• Serve as the primary escalation point for hardware, software, and network issues, guiding the team through complex troubleshooting.
• Manage and maintain core technologies: Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Microsoft Teams (softphones), VPN, and RDP.
• Configure Windows infrastructure via Group Policy (GPO) and leverage PowerShell for task automation and execution.
• Administer Windows Client and Server environments in a high-availability production setting.

Migration & Cloud Strategy

• Lead projects involving Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) upgrades, consolidations, and migrations.
• Execute Microsoft 365 mailbox migrations and manage identity services (Azure AD/Entra ID, ADFS, SAML 2.0).
• Research and recommend technical solutions to improve overall system efficiency and reliability.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Act as the lead technical contact for external vendors to ensure timely resolution of advanced issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support SharePoint environments and AWS infrastructure where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: Microsoft certifications (Windows Server, O365, or Azure) are highly desirable.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS management.
• Collaboration Tools: Advanced support and user management for SharePoint.
• Frameworks: Solid understanding of ITIL best practices and IT service management (ITSM).
