  • Exposure to large-scale, technically complex construction programs including mission-critical environments
  • Forward-thinking culture focused on innovation, process improvement, and emerging technologies

What You’ll Be Doing

This role will lead enterprise initiatives focused on digital project execution, operational standardization, and technology-enabled construction delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive enterprise-wide digital construction and operational technology initiatives

  • Support adoption of advanced construction technologies and automation tools
  • Evaluate and implement new systems that improve visualization, collaboration, and operational performance
  • Guide resource planning, workload balancing, and team scalability initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and long-term operational efficiencies
  • Support innovation initiatives tied to prefabrication, Lean construction, and digital transformation

What We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates will bring a combination of construction operations expertise, technology leadership, and enterprise-level strategic thinking.

Required Experience

  • 15+ years of experience within construction technology, BIM/VDC, or digital project delivery environments
  • Leadership experience supporting large technical or operational teams
  • Strong background within mechanical construction, large-scale commercial construction, or mission-critical projects
  • Deep experience with Revit and advanced coordination workflows
  • Experience improving operational processes and scaling delivery standards
  • Strong understanding of fabrication, field coordination, and project execution workflows
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational change

Preferred Experience

  • Prefabrication and Lean construction environments
  • Mission-critical or data center project experience
  • Reality capture, automation, digital twins, or AI-enabled construction tools
  • Enterprise workflow standardization and optimization initiatives
  • Multi-office or shared-services operational environments
