Responsibilities:
AI-Augmented Development: Actively leverage AI coding tools (such as Claude Code and/or Cursor) to accelerate development cycles, improve code quality, and multiply team throughput.
Set the standard for AI-first engineering practices and coach the team on effective prompt engineering and agentic workflows.
Design & Architecture: Work closely with the team to design and develop scalable, high-performance solutions in line with project goals and company standards.
Collaboration: Partner with product owners and the scrum master to prioritize tasks and stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Agile Process: Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, providing input on team velocity and progress
Cloud Integration: Drive the adoption and integration of cloud solutions (such as AWS and Snowflake)
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project updates, challenges, and technical decisions to senior management and key stakeholders.
Professional Experience:
6+ years of relevant experience as a full stack developer (MS stack .net/C#/SQL) with Angular as front-end preferred.
Demonstrated, hands-on proficiency with AI-assisted development tools specifically Claude Code, Codex and/or Cursor is strongly preferred.
Candidates should be able to speak concretely to how they have used AI tooling to ship faster, reduce toil, and uplevel their team.
Experience with entity relationship modelling, data architecture layers and design, metadata systems and tools, data quality tools and techniques.
Strong working knowledge of prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and AI-augmented code review.
The expectation is that this individual uses AI as a force multiplier daily, not as an occasional convenience.
Strong proficiency in SQL and cloud technologies - AWS
oExperience working with Snowflake nice-to-have
Proven experience leading teams through the full SDLC, with a focus on data solutions.
Expertise in data architecture, with a track record of implementing scalable and efficient systems.
Experience in managing production support, including root cause analysis and issue remediation.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal clients, business teams, and contractors.
