Senior ServiceNow SPM Developer

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr ServiceNow SPM Architect / Lead Developer with extensive expertise in the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) suite and strong end-to-end ServiceNow platform knowledge. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise portfolio, demand, project, program, resource, investment, and agile management solutions while driving AI-powered innovations across the ServiceNow ecosystem.

The candidate should possess a strong architectural mindset, deep platform configuration and development skills, and hands-on experience implementing scalable enterprise solutions using ServiceNow AI capabilities, intelligent automation, and modern platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Service Now

· Lead and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions across:

o Demand Management

o Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

o Program Management

o Agile Development

o Resource Management

o Financial Planning

o Investment Funding

o Strategic Planning Workspace

o Objectives & Key Results (OKR)

o Enterprise Portfolio Management

o Capacity Planning

o Roadmap Planning

· Design governance processes for portfolio selection, prioritisation, and funding.

· Configure portfolio hierarchy, investment planning, strategic themes, and business objectives.

· Implement resource allocation, forecasting, capacity management, and utilisation dashboards.

· Build executive reporting and portfolio analytics using Performance Analytics and Workspace experiences.

· Define portfolio KPIs and enterprise metrics.

AI & Intelligent Automation

· Drive adoption of ServiceNow AI capabilities including:

· Identify opportunities for AI-based automation in:

o Demand Intake

o Project Risk Analysis

o Capacity Forecasting

o Resource Optimisation

o Executive Reporting

o Project Summarisation

o Knowledge Generation

· Partner with business stakeholders to define AI use cases and measurable outcomes.

· Ensure responsible AI governance, security, compliance, and human-in-the-loop validation.

Required Qualifications

Experience

· 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.

· 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM implementation experience.

· Experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes.

· Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP, HR, Finance, DevOps, and Agile tools.
