RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking an AWS Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in AWS infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps, automation, networking, and cloud security. This role will support the design, deployment, automation, and optimization of secure, scalable, and resilient AWS environments.
REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma/GED or equivalent
* AWS infrastructure including EC2, S3, EBS, and load balancing
* AWS networking including VPCs, Transit Gateway, Route 53, Direct Connect, VPN, and hybrid connectivity
* Cloud governance and security using AWS Organizations, Control Tower, IAM, Security Hub, and GuardDuty
* Infrastructure as Code and automation using Terraform, Git, CI/CD, AWS CLI, and Python or PowerShell
* Knowledge of AWS CAF, Well-Architected Framework, landing zones, resiliency, and cost optimization
* Experience with Azure, Ansible, Kubernetes/EKS, and FinOps
* Experience monitoring and operations using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Systems Manager, and AWS Backup
* Experience with identity and access management including SSO/federation, MFA, and cross-account access
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
