We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer / Developer with strong expertise in building scalable AI/ML platforms, Generative AI solutions, and enterprise-grade machine learning systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AI orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM integrations, data engineering, and cloud-native AI architectures.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
• Build enterprise AI platforms using LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector databases
• Develop intelligent AI agents and multi-agent orchestration workflows
• Implement prompt engineering, tool integrations, and LLM evaluation frameworks
• Build and optimize vector search systems using OpenSearch/FAISS with hybrid retrieval techniques
• Develop real-time and batch data pipelines using PySpark, Kafka, Databricks, and Delta Lake
• Implement MLOps pipelines using MLflow, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Design cloud-native AI applications on AWS/Azure platforms
• Implement observability, monitoring, and evaluation pipelines for AI systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and data scientists to deliver AI-driven solutions
• Ensure AI governance, data security, RBAC, compliance, and performance optimization
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in Python, SQL, Spark/PySpark
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, OpenAI APIs
• Experience with vector databases/search technologies like OpenSearch kNN and FAISS
• Strong experience in AI/ML platform development and deployment
• Expertise in Azure Databricks, AWS services (EKS, S3, Athena, SNS, OpenSearch)
• Experience with Kafka/Event Hub/Kinesis streaming systems
• Knowledge of MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with AI observability and monitoring tools such as OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog
• Understanding of enterprise security and compliance standards (HIPAA, SOX, GDPR)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Agentic AI and multi-agent systems
• Experience with multi-tenant AI platform architecture
• Exposure to C3.ai or enterprise AI platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
