Summary

Role: Salesforce Lead

Location: Houston, TX (4-5 days onsite) - NO RELOCATION

Work Authorization: USC

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture.
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce platforms.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical solutions, architecture, data models, and integration designs.
  • Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Knowledge on Docusign CLM product will be an added advantage and certified
  • Lead Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture.
  • Review technical designs and code to ensure quality, scalability, security, and Salesforce best practices.
  • Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical standards and engineering best practices across the team.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
  • Analyze production issues, provide root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolution of critical technical issues.
  • Support release management, deployment, CI/CD, environment management, and production releases.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, technical-debt reduction, performance improvement, and platform optimization.
  • Work onsite with client/business teams, provide technical guidance during workshops, grooming, design discussions, UAT, and implementation, and take ownership of end-to-end delivery.
