Product Owner

Overview
We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a key enterprise product team. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, and end users to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable value.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of business analysis expertise, Agile product ownership experience, and strong communication skills. You should be comfortable navigating both technical and business conversations, prioritizing competing demands, and guiding cross-functional teams toward successful product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring items are clearly defined, organized, and continuously refined
Prioritize backlog items based on business impact, user needs, technical feasibility, and dependencies
Partner with the Scrum Master and development team to plan sprint goals, scope, and objectives
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to provide clarity and remove roadblocks
Gather and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams
Conduct product demonstrations and sprint reviews to communicate progress and gather feedback
Develop business cases for new features, including cost-benefit analysis
Maintain product roadmaps, process flows, and feature documentation
Support end-to-end product release cycles, including UAT, deployment coordination, and post-release validation
Collaborate with QA to ensure releases meet performance and security expectations
Facilitate cross-functional discussions and present updates to leadership when needed
Required Qualifications
35+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to read the room and adapt messaging appropriately
Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and managing stakeholder requirements
Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment
Experience working within Agile frameworks and participating in sprint ceremonies
Proficiency with Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking
Experience using Confluence or similar tools for documentation and knowledge sharing
Basic technical understanding of APIs, databases, cloud environments, and enterprise integrations
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and enterprise application environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing product releases from planning through deployment
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile DevOps practices
Experience working in SaaS, cloud-based, or enterprise application environments
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau
High-level exposure to enterprise monitoring or workload automation platforms
