Summary
Hiring: Semiconductor Equipment Automation & QA Engineer
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Key Responsibilities & Domain Expertise:
Hands-on experience supporting semiconductor equipment, preferably process equipment
Perform QA of semiconductor equipment software
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing fundamentals
Knowledge of MES & Equipment Automation to support end-to-end CIM automation solutions
Support project management activities aligned with standard PM lifecycle
Contribute to and manage knowledge bases
Drive continuous improvement using 8D, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5-Whys
Required Technical Skills:
Working proficiency with Visual Studio, C#, .NET, Python, databases, and SQL
Familiarity with SECS/GEM protocols and SEMI automation standards
Experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment automation development preferred
Experience working with enterprise automation software on Windows or Unix platforms
Experience with Oracle databases
Additional Qualifications:
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to explain complex technical and business concepts to senior management
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience balancing diverse requirements
Conceptual and practical expertise within the discipline, with working knowledge of related disciplines
