We are seeking an experienced IT Technology Manager to provide technical leadership for enterprise platforms, including SAP, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), or SAS Analytical platforms. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with a strong background in enterprise application development, platform architecture, systems integration, and team leadership. This individual will lead a small, high-performing engineering team while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative enterprise solutions.
The successful candidate will have the ability to navigate multiple technologies, drive platform modernization initiatives, and provide technical direction across a diverse enterprise application landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4–6 engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide technical leadership for enterprise platforms, including SAP, ECM, or SAS Analytical platforms, ensuring platform stability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to define technology roadmaps and solution strategies.
- Design and oversee scalable architecture solutions across enterprise applications, integrations, and data platforms.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of software development, integration, platform enhancement, and modernization initiatives.
- Evaluate enterprise technologies and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency and business value.
- Lead system integration efforts using APIs, middleware, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, coding best practices, security, and compliance requirements.
- Manage platform upgrades, migrations, and application lifecycle activities across multiple technologies.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide hands-on technical guidance when necessary.
- Manage project priorities, timelines, budgets, and resource planning to meet business objectives.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor capable of navigating diverse technologies and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Foster continuous improvement through Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, automation, and cloud adoption.
