Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Functional PMO / Project Coordinator / Project Analyst / Program Coordinator with experience in Capital Markets, Equity, Asset Management, Trading, Fixed Income, and Derivatives. The candidate will support project governance, reporting, and coordination across business and technology teams within financial markets programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support PMO activities, project tracking, and governance across capital markets initiatives.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project managers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
- Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Assist with business requirements documentation and functional analysis.
- Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder communications, and action tracking.
- Work with teams involved in Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Asset Management, and Trading platforms.
- Ensure adherence to project management standards and PMO processes.
Required Skills:
- Experience in PMO / Project Coordination / Project Analysis / Program Coordination.
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets, Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Trading, or Asset Management.
- Experience with project tracking tools, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
