Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Clarity/Caboodle Data Resource with strong healthcare data analytics and reporting expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Epic Clarity and Caboodle data models. The candidate should possess strong SQL skills, healthcare domain knowledge, and experience working with clinical, financial, and operational healthcare datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and data extracts using Epic Clarity and Caboodle databases.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, clinicians, analysts, and IT teams to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
• Design and develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting solutions for healthcare operational and clinical reporting.
• Support enterprise analytics initiatives, regulatory reporting, and data governance activities.
• Perform data validation, data mapping, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for reporting issues.
• Collaborate with Epic application teams to understand workflow changes and data impacts.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with healthcare reporting standards.
• Support ETL processes, data warehouse enhancements, and reporting automation initiatives.
• Participate in system upgrades, Epic release validations, and testing activities.
• Create technical documentation, data dictionaries, and reporting specifications.
• Work with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, or Crystal Reports for dashboard and reporting development.
• Provide production support and resolve reporting/data issues within SLA timelines.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Epic Clarity and/or Caboodle data models.
• Strong SQL development and performance tuning skills.
• Experience with healthcare reporting, analytics, and data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of clinical, revenue cycle, operational, and patient data domains.
• Experience with ETL tools and reporting/BI platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced healthcare environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Epic Cogito reporting suite.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7/FHIR.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, or other analytics tools.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms and modern analytics environments.

Required Certifications:

• Epic Clarity Data Model Certification
• Epic Caboodle Data Model Certification

Preferred Certifications:

• Epic Cogito Certification
• Epic Clinical Data Model Certification
• Epic Revenue Data Model Certification
• Epic Reporting Workbench Certification
• Tableau or Power BI Certification

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Epic reporting, healthcare analytics, or data warehousing environments.
• Experience working in hospitals, healthcare systems, payer organizations, or healthcare consulting environments.
