Job Summary: The Oracle Cloud PLM Techno-Functional Consultant is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. This role combines strong functional expertise with technical capabilities to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. The consultant collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and ongoing system performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud PLM solutions (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment) Configure and customize PLM modules including Product Development (PD) and Product Data Hub (PDH) Implement and enhance Redwood UI/UX features within Oracle Cloud applications Design and execute data migration strategies (mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation) Develop technical components including SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, and Oracle APEX applications Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions Provide ongoing system support including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure successful solution delivery Ensure system scalability, data integrity, and compliance with enterprise standards Required Skills: 10+ years of Oracle Cloud PLM techno-functional experience 8+ years of hands-on implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle Cloud PLM Strong expertise in Product Development (PD) and Product Data Hub (PDH) Experience with Redwood UI/UX features 5+ years of experience in data migration from legacy systems Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud data models and database structures Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL Experience with Oracle APEX development Strong troubleshooting, system support, and performance optimization skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Skills: Experience working in large enterprise environments Knowledge of integration with other enterprise systems Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred Education: Bachelors Degree
