SCOPE OF WORK:
Key responsibilities for this engagement include:
· Provide expert-level troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of Salesforce platform issues across core, Experience Cloud, integrations, and custom components.
· Architect, design, and implement new features using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, permission models, and data structures; lead code reviews and enforce secure coding standards.
· Own and manage multi-environment release cycles (Dev, QA, UAT, Staging, Prod) using CI/CD pipelines and version control.
· Design, support, and optimize API-based integrations including MuleSoft or similar middleware; ensure reliable and secure data exchange between Salesforce and external systems.
· Implement and maintain platform-level security controls: Field Audit Trail, Event Monitoring, Platform Encryption, MFA, least-privilege access, and audits.
· Manage sandbox strategy, refresh cadence, environment alignment, and advanced monitoring/observability dashboards across the development lifecycle.
· Develop structured training programs, architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and technical documentation; mentor internal staff for long-term organizational Salesforce capability.
· Maintain expert-level understanding of Salesforce license structures; map assignments to roles and forecast needs for user growth and future integrations.
