Pay Range: $42 - $46/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and update responsive emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Email Studio and Content Builder using approved templates and coding patterns.
- Develop and maintain email-specific HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for personalization and dynamic content.
- Apply accessibility practices and ensure mobile-friendly layouts.
- Configure SFMC campaign components, including single sends and Journey Builder activities.
- Conduct quality assurance checks before launch, verifying audience logic, copy, and rendering across devices.
- Coordinate with project leads and partners to ensure timely approvals and campaign execution.
- Maintain organized content and assets in SFMC, adhering to documentation and retention practices.
- Communicate effectively with remote teams, managing multiple assignments and deadlines.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Typically five or more years of experience in email production or a comparable marketing-technology environment.
- Strong hands-on experience building and QA-testing marketing emails in an enterprise email service provider.
- Proficiency in email-specific HTML and CSS, including responsive layouts and cross-client rendering.
- Working knowledge of AMPscript or similar email personalization techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow approved requirements and compliance processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially Email Studio and Journey Builder.
- Familiarity with other enterprise email platforms such as Oracle Responsys or Mailchimp.
- Knowledge of Litmus or similar email rendering/QA tools.
- Exposure to creative tools like Adobe Acrobat or Photoshop.
