Position Summary
- 4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design and develop MDM solutions across hub components, including data cleansing, security, match and merge, trust frameworks, packages, queries, and hierarchy management.
- Configure provisioning tools, business entity interfaces, triggers, task types, layouts, manual match/merge processes, and MDM file-import capabilities.
- Develop and customize workflows and external integrations using ActiveVOS, Business Entity Services, SQL, and web services.
- Collaborate with business users and distributed technical teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver high-quality MDM solutions.
Minimum Qualifications

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6–9+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise Master Data Management solutions with strong hands-on Informatica MDM expertise.

Technical Skills

Informatica MDM, MDM Hub, Match and Merge, ActiveVOS, Business Entity Framework, SQL, Java/Web Services, Informatica PowerCenter

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating Informatica MDM and PowerCenter with SAP or other enterprise data platforms.
- Strong experience with complex SQL functions and procedures, workflow customization, hierarchy management, and MDM data-import processes.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, business analysis, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills in cross-functional enterprise environments.
