Key Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of project/program management experience, including at least 5 years in a local government environment.
At least 5 years leading large-scale enterprise technology implementation or modernization projects with budgets of $10 million or more.
Experience leading at least 3 enterprise system implementations through deployment, go-live, or post-production stabilization.
Strong experience in vendor management, project governance, executive reporting, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience with system integration, data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and operational readiness.
PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum, or related certifications are desirable.
Availability to work during Pacific Time business hours and attend onsite activities in San Diego.
